Shipping:
All orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via USPS, single orders are shipped first.
Multiple orders will still be combined at this time. Shipping charges are a flat fee and any unused portion paid will be refunded at the time of shipping or shortly thereafter, if you don't get a refund and think you should, please just email, and we will check for you. Sometimes it does get overlooked doing so many at a time. Any shipping overcharges will be refunded after your order has shipped.
And if you still owe shipping, you will be invoiced for the amount at the time of shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer from ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Order Turnaround Time:
MoonaLisa's TAT for DTM sales is 4-6 weeks.
For this Spring collection 2012, TAT is estimated to be shipped by mid to late April so 6-8 weeks or sooner.
Longer for Limited Edition Collections, such as Halloween. We realize that this is probably longer than you are used to waiting for your bath and body products but we have a have a high volume of customers, and Moona still has some control issues she is working out with the help of others:) That's our goal, and we have heard back from many of our wonderful customers, that when your order does arrive, it will exceed your expectations for quality, scent and packaging.
If the TAT does exceed the days estimated, you will be contacted. Since Moona is a perfectionist it takes a while to package and ship all the orders, even if products are DTM style. For DTM, some are bases and some are bases Moona still makes herself and some are individually handmade products that still need to be made to order.
